Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how a Business or Customer can request deletion of personal data collected through ReputationIQ.
Who can request deletion
- Customers can request deletion of any review draft or personal information they submitted through ReputationIQ.
- Businesses can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including:
- Your name and, if applicable, the business you're associated with;
- The email address or account the data is linked to;
- Whether you're requesting deletion of a specific record or an entire account.
You can also submit a request through our Contact page.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of a deletion request within 2 business days, and complete the deletion of identifiable personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, regulatory, or legitimate operational purposes (for example, financial records tied to a paid account). Where retention is required, we will let you know what is retained and why.
Google Business Profile data
Deleting your ReputationIQ record removes the data ReputationIQ itself stores. Reviews and replies that have already been posted on Google are stored and controlled by Google, independent of ReputationIQ's deletion process, and are managed through Google's own tools and policies.
