1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReputationIQ, a product operated by GT Studio Labs ("GT Studio Labs," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or using ReputationIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReputationIQ or this website.
2. About ReputationIQ
ReputationIQ is a Google Business Profile review collection and reply management product for small businesses, currently in an early-access phase and rolled out directly with business partners. We will be clear with any Business about exactly what's available to them at the time they sign up.
3. Eligibility and accounts
ReputationIQ is intended for use by business owners and their authorised staff ("Businesses"). A Business is responsible for the accuracy of information it provides, for keeping any account credentials secure, and for how its staff use ReputationIQ.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReputationIQ to:
- Post, request, or incentivise fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews, or otherwise violate Google's review policies;
- Post a reply, or ask ReputationIQ to post a reply, without the Business owner's own review and approval;
- Violate any applicable law, or Google's Business Profile and review policies;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer ReputationIQ.
5. Google Business Profile connection
ReputationIQ connects to a Business's Google Business Profile through Google's own account authorisation. Reviews are always posted by the Customer, and replies are always posted by the Business, through their own Google accounts — ReputationIQ does not post on anyone's behalf. Use of ReputationIQ is also subject to Google's own applicable terms and policies for Google Business Profile. GT Studio Labs is not responsible for outages, delivery delays, or policy changes originating from Google's platform.
6. Fees
ReputationIQ is currently offered to early-access Businesses under terms agreed individually. Any future standard pricing will be described separately before it applies to a Business's account.
7. Intellectual property
ReputationIQ, its name, and associated branding are owned by GT Studio Labs. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ReputationIQ or its underlying software to a Business or user.
8. Disclaimer
ReputationIQ is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we make no warranty that ReputationIQ will meet every requirement of every business. ReputationIQ is a communication and productivity tool — it does not guarantee any particular review volume, rating, or business outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GT Studio Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ReputationIQ. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end access to ReputationIQ for a Business that violates these Terms, or as part of ordinary service changes and improvements, with reasonable notice where practical.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GT Studio Labs' place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
