What ReputationIQ does, in plain terms.
ReputationIQ is a single service with two sides — one for customers, one for business owners — both built around a business's Google Business Profile. Below is a clear breakdown of how it works.
Google review collection and reply management
ReputationIQ helps a business collect more Google reviews from customers who might otherwise not bother, and helps the owner keep up with replying to every review that comes in. Every review is posted by the customer, and every reply is posted by the owner — ReputationIQ never publishes anything on anyone's behalf.
Guided review prompt
A customer describes their experience in their own words, in any language they're comfortable with — no account or app required.
Review, edit, then post
The customer always sees the final wording, can change anything, and posts it themselves directly on their own Google account.
New review notifications
The owner is notified as soon as a new Google review comes in, so nothing goes unanswered simply because it was missed.
Reply drafts
A starting-point reply is suggested for each review. The owner reviews it, edits it if they choose, and decides whether to post it.
Review overview
A simple, web-based view of recent reviews and reply status, so an owner can see at a glance what still needs a response.
Nothing posted automatically
Google's platform policies do not allow third-party tools to post reviews or replies on someone else's behalf. ReputationIQ is built to work within these policies at every step.
Who ReputationIQ is for
ReputationIQ is being built for small, local businesses — restaurants, clinics, salons, retailers, and similar businesses — that rely on their Google Business Profile for local discovery and want an easier way to build up genuine reviews and respond to them consistently.
Built on Google's own tools, directly.
ReputationIQ connects to a business's Google Business Profile through Google's own account sign-in and review tools, rather than through a third-party data reseller. Reviews and replies always go live on Google itself, through the customer's or owner's own Google account.
